He is the Founder & CEO of Let There Be Light Electrical, a high-integrity electrical company serving North Carolina with superior craftsmanship and visionary leadership. His mission extends beyond wires and voltage—he builds businesses, communities, and people.

As the official Business Sales Coach at Kingdom Builders Business University (KBBU) and a weekly voice on the "KBBU Behind the Scenes" broadcast, Martino equips entrepreneurs with real-world, high-conversion sales strategies grounded in clarity, confidence, and Kingdom order. His sessions challenge students to elevate their communication, close with authority, and create generational wealth through business mastery.

He is also the co-founder of Black Business Social, a platform designed to connect, support, and elevate Black entrepreneurs through collaboration and economic empowerment.

A proud son of Gastonia, NC, Martino graduated from Ashbrook High School, attended Forestview High School, and studied at Gaston College. His educational journey, community upbringing, and relentless pursuit of excellence all shaped the man he is today—a builder of infrastructure, legacy, and lives.
